SeaVentures recognized as Top Ten Retailer receiving the 2006 Excellence in Retailing Award!

The Council On Retail Excellence. C.O.R.E., is dedicated to the improvement of the diving industry. Members of C.O.R.E. include manufacturers and certification agencies which understand that retailers are the heart and soul of the SCUBA industry.

C.O.R.E. presented the first Excellence in Retailing Awards to 15 outstanding US retailers. These retailers exemplify the professionalism and image to which all retailers should aspire to. SeaVentures was among the 15 chosen to accept this award. For the second year now, SeaVentures received the award along with 9 other dive stores.

Scuba InTenCity Tour Award
 
Scuba Diving Magazine and Dive Retailers in ten US cities from Florida to California joined forces in the first-ever Scuba InTenCity tour. Scuba Diving Magazine chose ten major dive retail stores to hold activities, which included FREE Discover Scuba and Scuba Refresher courses, gear demos, photo clinics, special movie screenings, fish ID contests and tons of prizes throughout the day.

SeaVentures had the honor of kicking off the First-ever Tour. SeaVentures earned an award for being one of the first ten dive shops to host the InTenCity Tour.
