SIGN UP NOW, SPACES ARE LIMITED
1. SWIMMING ACTIVITIES: Will include use of pool toys and games. Relays,
races, and pool games are also part of the itinerary. The docks will not be in the water for the children to stand on
or play around.
2. SNACKS:
We will serve a variety of snacks during these activities…. chips,
crackers, popcorn, ice cream, and fruit punch. If your child has a special
dietary need, please indicate when you sign up for the evening.
3. WHAT TO BRING TO THIS EVENT: Your child, towel, clothes to change into,
goggles. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY TOYS TO THE POOL.
4. RESERVATIONS: Your payment ensures a spot for the
date you choose.
Full payment is due for the reservation. You may sign up for as many Kid's Night Out as you wish. There is a form
to fill out at the time of dropping your children off for the evening.
5. REFUND POLICY:
Forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice required for a full refund.
Cancellations after Wednesday at 7pm are non-refundable.
6. SAFETY: We will ensure the safety of the children while at our facility. We will go over the
safety rules of the pool and the movie area each time the children are here.
7. DROP OFF/ PICK UP: You must physically bring your child into the facility to drop off as well as
pick up for the evening. We will require you to fill out an emergency form each time in
case we need to contact you during the course of the evening. You must be here by 11pm to pick up your
child. There will be a charge of $1.00 per minute for any time after 11pm.
8. CHILDREN: You do not have to be enrolled in the Seaventures Swim
program to participate in the Kid's Night Out. Your child must be 3 years old by the date of the Kid's Night Out in order to
participate. In order to participate in the swimming activities your child must be able to swim 1 lap
in the water without floats.
9. WAITING LIST: Once the spaces have filled, we will provide a waiting list
for that evening. If a cancellation occurs we will call you and you may then put your name on the reservation list.
10. STAFFING: We will provide 1 staff per
