Take
AquaMissions 1-5: for example, here kids learn all of the basic SCUBA
skills while playing underwater games. Have YOU ever breathed underwater?
Or AquaMission: Snapshot Specialist, this is where PADI Seal Team members
take pictures of each other scuba diving.
Supported by a video, manual and logbook, the PADI Seal Team program is
broken into two parts. Part one, AquaMissions 1 - 5, teaches kids the
basics of diving - things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, regulator
recovery, etc. After building a solid foundation of scuba skills, kids can
move on to part two, The
Master Seal Team, where they can participate in Specialty Aquamissions.
After completing part one, kids will receive an official PADI Seal Team
Member certification card!
*Minimum age is 8 years old. Kids must be able to swim on their own, 4
laps in the pool.
WHEN IS IT?
The program is underway! Check the dive shop for dates.
Part one fun happens over three sessions at SeaVentures. Kids must be
present at all three sessions to complete the certification.
