Equipment Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return any product, with the exception of special orders, within 30 days of purchase, used or not.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Used items can be exchanged within 30 days for like items…

If you buy a computer and after a few dives you decide the numbers on the screen are too small, simply send it back within 30 days of purchase and we´ll give you a credit of the purchase price, minus shipping, toward any other computer.
What happens to the “used” returns? After we certify that the items are in working order, we discount them and sell them as Demo and Used Products on our Specials Page.

Please fill out a Merchandise Return Form and enclose with merchandise, all packaging and blank paperwork to receive proper credit.

 

Swim Class Policy

There is an Annual Registration Fee per student. (January – December) THERE ARE NO MAKEUPS, REFUNDS OR SESSION TRANSFERS.  Store Credit given for illness with a doctor’s note. You may reschedule your set of classes one time within the session. Thereafter, a $10 fee for each change will be charged. Children under 4 years must wear a swim diaper.  DO NOT FEED YOUR CHILD JUST PRIOR TO SWIM CLASS. THERE IS A $250 FEE IF YOUR CHILD HAS AN “ACCIDENT” (BODY FLUIDS) IN THE POOL. Classes with only one child may be cancelled or combined with another class. Classes with only one child enrolled that are not cancelled or combined with another class will only be 20 minutes in length SeaVentures does not guarantee specific teacher/class assignments.

 

International Trips Policy
Payment Policy:

When signing up for a trip, SeaVentures, Inc. will hold your spot on the trip after an initial deposit is received. Domestic Trips must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure date. International trips must be paid in full 90 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot. SeaVentures, Inc. will, however, keep the deposit as a cancellation fee per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot. If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.

SeaVentures recommends that all travelers purchase trip insurance.

 

Scuba Class Policy

Continuing Education Classes

Forty-eight (48) hour cancellation/transfer notice prior to class is required.

There is a $30.00 cancellation/transfer fee deducted from the class fee.

The Training Materials Package is non-refundable if opened.
