Karen Vincent is the Aquatic Director at Sea Ventures. "Mrs Karen" started teaching swimming in 1978 while attending Auburn University. Her experience includes training lifeguards, swim instructors, CPR classes, and teaching thousands of children to swim.  She believes "All children love to swim, some of them just don't know it yet."

 

Daniel DeFrancisco was the Columbian National Swim Champion in 2000. "Mr Daniel" has been swimming ever since he can remember! While attending Wingate University in 2003 he was a NCAA All American swimmer and National Champion.  He loves soccer, water polo, music and movies.  He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.  

 

Miss Liliana

Liliana de Bagnati has been teaching for over 30 years in Argentina, Ecuador and the United States. She has been teaching at SeaVentures since 2001.  "Mrs Lili" has a degree in Physical Education with emphasis on Aerobics and Swimming. In 1995, in Mar del Plate, Argentina she organized and ran in the Torch Run for the Pan-American Games. Her teaching motto for the kids is "YOU CAN DO IT!"

Ginnie Vincent  is currently a student at North Georgia College and State University.  "Miss Ginnie's" favorite activities include singing, going out with friends, sports, reading and going to church. Miss Ginnie is the daughter of Ms Karen and Mr Mike and has been assisting them with classes for years. She has taught swimming at Sea Ventures since 2008.  She is our H2O Zone Camp Director.

Mike Vincent taught full time at Sea Ventures for 3 years and 4 years at a pool in Marietta before that.  "Mr Mike" and his family moved to Dahlonega so that he could pursue full time ministry work.  He is the President and Pastor of Outstretched Hands Ministries. He missed the swim kids so much he had to come back! You will find his happy face beaming from the water most Saturday mornings.

Chelsea Foster began working at SeaVentures while attending Centennial High School. "Miss Chelsea" teaches swim lessons and is an H2O Zone Swim Camp Counselor. She currently is a student athlete at Augusta State University but returns as a Camp Counselor each summer.
