OPTION 1: Ship your equipment to us at 2880 Holcomb Bridge Rd #136, Alpharetta, GA 30022. Then, send us an email with the tracking number.
OPTION 2: Schedule a drop off appointment for after April 14 by emailing us at email@example.com. We’ll greet you according to social distancing guidelines to be 6 feet away, and you’ll drop off your equipment in the swim foyer.
- Before shipping or making an appointment to drop off, please attach a luggage tag with your contact information to the equipment bag.
- Upon arrival of your gear from either option, our service technician will wear gloves to transport it to be immediately soaked in a solution of steramine to sanitize.
- Our technicians will bench test your equipment, and then call you with results and a quote for work.
- Once the quote is approved, the work will be performed.
- The equipment will be re-sanitized in steramine solution once more, and we will call you to schedule pickup and collect payment.
